We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours, textures, or other visual attributes displayed on your screen accurately reflect the actual product.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Order acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applied to all orders. The total amount charged will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment
Payment methods
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.
Payment security
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card or payment credentials on our servers.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank. If an amount has been debited but the order was not placed, the funds will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days.
Food Safety & Disclaimer
Allergy information
Our products are manufactured in a facility that may process nuts, sesame, and other allergens. While we list ingredients on our packaging, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace allergens. Customers with known food allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution and consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
Shelf life & storage
Products must be stored as indicated on the packaging. We are not responsible for any spoilage or deterioration caused by improper storage by the customer after the product has been delivered.
Colour & appearance variation
Natural spices may vary in colour, aroma, and texture from batch to batch due to seasonal and geographical differences in raw ingredients. Such variations are normal and do not indicate a defect in product quality.
